LearnFi ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our parents, students, and educators. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

Information We Collect

We only collect personal information necessary to facilitate premium academic matching and curriculum tracking.

For Parents: Name, phone number, email address, residential address, and child's academic profile.
For Tutors: Name, email address, phone number, academic credentials, employment history, and assessment responses.

How We Capture and Process Data

We operate a streamlined, cloud-first data ecosystem. Parent Consultation Inquiries are processed directly via secure end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp communication channels. Tutor Application Submissions are collected securely using Google Forms and routed into restricted-access internal Google Sheets for screening evaluation. We do not host independent databases. All information is managed within secure Google Workspace cloud infrastructure and Firebase environments.

Data Protection & Security Rights

In accordance with the NDPA, we implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Parents and tutors hold the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of their personal data from our active records at any time by contacting info@learnfi.ng.
